There have been some issues lately with guests asking their sherpa to hold their place in line, or get in line at an attraction and hold a place. This is not allowed. You may have a family of five, but it is unfair to the other guests if your entire party cuts the line to catch up with your sherpa.
All of our sherpa have been notified that this is no longer permitted and it has been added to the rules and guidelines that you will be provided upon confirmation of your sherpa reservation.
Line jumping or cutting has become a growing concern at the parks, and we want to make sure that our sherpa not only respect their clients, but all guests at the park.
